The Arrow Child & Family Ministries is a non-profit human services agency providing foster care, diagnostic assessment and special education to the abused and neglected children of Maryland. The heart of Arrow Child and Family Ministries is to assist children, birth through 21 years of age, who have been removed from their homes or abandoned by parents who do not have the skills necessary to be effective caregivers. Our family assists and mentors these children in providing encouragement to trust and love again. See www.arrow.org for more information.

Kathy Moore is a member of Alley Cats of Maryland.

"Two years ago a very pregnant cat had kittens at my neighbors so feeling sorry for her we started feeding her. One thing led to another and we have now feed and house 15 alley cats, which we have had spayed or neutered. I adopted a German Shepard mix named Jake so I'm familiar with the staff at BARCS and the Maryland SPCA too. I love my babies and will continue to care for them."

Gordon: "It feel's good to see the unity of all in the community coming together for a great cause with one purpose of helping others and giving back."

Charlie: "I like helping others who otherwise would do without. It feels good to put a smile on a face that might not have one. This time a year we all need to give back."
